It covers an area of 660 mu. With more than 2,300 employees, it is a modern group company integrating logistics, printing and dyeing weaving, sewage treatment, catering hotel, real estate development, chemical industry, international logistics and international trade. In 1992, Changyi Nanyu Transportation Company (Nanyu Transportation Department) was founded, with 6 employees and 2 vehicles. After years of ups and downs, Nanyu United Transportation Co., Ltd. was established in 2000, and has developed into a large transportation company with 560 large transportation vehicles and 1200 employees.In 2005, Changyi Zhongjia Printing and Dyeing Weaving Co., Ltd. was established in Longbei village, Longchi town, Changyi city, Shandong province.In 2006, WeiFang HuaTeng Weaving Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., which is located in Longchi development zone of Changyi city, covers an area of 500 mu. In 2007, Huateng Co., Ltd. was put into production and expanded its business scale, producing and selling grey cloth, printing and dyeing textiles, bedclothes, textile raw materials, printing and dyeing auxiliaries, chemical products, import and export of goods and technologies, etc.In response to a national energy conservation and emissions reduction, the strategic policy of sustainable development, Binhai Huateng Water Industry Co., Ltd. was established,in 2008, in Huateng industrial park, covering an area of 160 mu, which is used for waste water treatment and recycling. In other words, it saves the underground water resources and achieves a large-scale modern green industrial system integrating processing, production, sales and sewage treatment. In 2010, it entered into African international trade and established Uganda Sunbelt International Logistics Company. It has become the information window of Sunbelt Company in Africa, laying an important foundation for the future investment and construction of Sunbelt Group in African countries. In 2013, Huateng Group established Sunbelt Steel Structure and Sunbelt Printing and Dyeing Company in Uganda, East Africa, with the purpose of promoting China-Africa friendship, benefiting African people and improving poverty and backwardness in Africa. In recent years, in line with the "One Belt And One Road" policy proposed by general secretary Xi Jinping, the company has been continuously expanded its enterprise scale, expanded its industry area, established Sunbelt Mining Company.The continuous improvement of the employment rate of the local people in Uganda has greatly improved the living standard of the local people in Uganda and won the support of the local people. In recent years, HuaTeng Weaving Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd.and Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology have built practice base, cooperation progressed, particularly in 2017, the company coordinated the resources of all parties and actively promoted the Ugandan government to cooperate with Shandong Vocational College
